Assiniboine Park

Several days ago I went to Assiniboine Park with some of my family. Assiniboine Park is a very nice park in Winnipeg that's great for warblers and other birds.

We walked around the English Gardens where there were a lot of hummindbirds flying around.

There were quite a few warblers but they were very high in the trees and I couldn't tell what they were.

After walking around the gardens for a while we went across the road to the duck pond.

There were lots of Mallards but also some Wood Ducks as well.

There was also one American Black Duck at the pond...

After that we biked around the park but didn't see too much else in the way of birds.
