My Birdathon (Part two)

Here is a continuing post for my Birdathon. See the previous post HERE

We continued heading east towards the Boreal Forest.

There was a small group of Sandhill Cranes doing some nice dancing!

We stopped periodically to listen and look for birds.



We found some nice habitat for Red-headed Woodpeckers (we had never seen them before) and stopped, and sure enough there was a pair of the woodpeckers.
