We have biked to Silver Springs park several times, a park which used to be a quarry. There is lots of waterfowl and shorebirds there, and we have seen some pretty good birds there.
How many different species of birds can you spot in this photo?

Last weeks was nearly impossible from the quality of the photo, it was a Vesper's Sparrow!

I spotted Double-crested Cormorant, Canada Goose, Ring-necked Duck, Ring-billed Gull, Lesser Scaup, and Common Goldeneye. But there's one that looks like a Hooded Merganser, although I'm not sure.
